A native of Spartanburg, S.C., Margaret Campbell McGee is admitted to practice in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. In 2003, she received a post-graduate law degree in taxation from New York University, the preeminent tax school in the country.  She joined Pope Zeigler after working as a tax attorney for the firm of Leatherwood, Walker, Todd and Mann in Greenville.



CIVIC ACTIVITIES AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
  • Past President of the Board of Gateway House, a private, not-for-profit, clubhouse model rehabilitation program for men and women suffering from mental illness in Greenville County.
  • Former member, Columbia Junior League.
AWARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
  • During law school, Ms. McGee was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Wig and Robe.
